In a few days, on 15 August, will open the gates of the GamesCom in Cologne, the second most important fair of video games worldwide and the first in size and number of visitors: an event that, unlike the E3, allows not only to members of the press and the public to see and try many of the titles coming up before the end of the year or even in 2013. And although the gates of Koelnmesse will open only in two days, the dances will begin by first with a series of prominent events.

Already from tomorrow, August 14, in fact the first reports come from a variety of pre-show conferences. At 11:00 there is a Capcom Conference from which we should learn something new on titles like Resident Evil 6 , DmC Devil May Cry and Lost Planet 3; the 16:00 is then scheduled the Conference and also visible in the live web , where we can see new demonstrations of upcoming titles by the end of the year and maybe even a surprise or two. Sony fans can also follow the Conference of Japanese giant from 19:00. The next day, 15 to 15:00, the Conference is expected to Ubisoft but should focus more on mobile gaming and free-to-play, so we don't expect egregious news on console. Also this will be a live seguibile .

Let's not forget the 15 to 18:00, the event of revelation of multiplayer Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 , with a direct pipeline from Major Nelson and AceyBongos, seguibile both on the Xbox 360 (via a downloadable app that will appear in a few hours) or even on the web .

What you have listed are only the conferences and special events: the fair will be open for 5 days and every Publisher will make publicly available a demo stations that try all games: If a Conference does not show some game, does not mean that this game is not present at the fair.

MondoXbox will be present at the event in strength, with 10 editors who will travel on the spot and follow all these events to meet many developers who will show us and we will try the most anticipated games of the year and early 2013: expect then reportage and embossments on many of these titles. And, of course, continue to keep an eye on our home, because by tomorrow until the end of the week you'll be swept away as usual from an avalanche of news, videos and images, which would then be collected as usual in our format of "total coverage" for those of you who are on vacation and want to see the whole thing once they return home.
