Found within the portfolio of an artist who worked on the project, these concept art offer us a very interesting preview of the settings and threats that we will face in the game. The detail that will certainly please the most historical fans of the saga is the possible return of Bloodstone, the well-known port city den of criminals already appeared in Fable 2. From the images it emerges that the entrance to the castle of the city would be located between a mountain range, suggesting the path we will have to take to reach it.

The illustrations allow us to see different neighborhoods and points of interest in Bloodstone, including the Market District, Pub Island and the Arena, as well as paths that lead to specific NPCs. The city appears lively and functional, with signs advertising the sale of fresh fish or inns such as "The Phoenix Feather". But the news does not stop there: the concepts also reveal an unprecedented swampy village called Hamlet. An intriguing aspect of this location is that it is shown in two different versions, one intact and one devastated by a flood, suggesting that our actions or the progress of the plot could radically change the conformation of the map.

On the action and atmosphere front, the leaked material suggests rather gloomy tones. In some images we see the protagonist exploring sewers and fighting against a werewolf; The creature's lair is depicted in a decidedly macabre way, littered with skulls, bones and hanging corpses.
