Indie studio Mongoose Rodeo has announced that their charming metroidvania Crownsworn, due out in 2026, will also be coming to Xbox and Game Pass at launch.

The game features hand-drawn 2D animations, with a gothic Bloodborne feel and gameplay that combines metroidvania traits with the use of three different weapons — scythe, guns, and Corvian magic. Here is the announcement trailer.
