Game Science announces the new RPG Black Myth: Zhong Kui, Microsoft confirms the arrival on Xbox

One of the most surprising announcements of the ONL last night was Black Myth: Zhong Kui, new RPG from Game Science, the authors of Black Myth: Wukong; we had decided not to publish the news because there was no certainty that it would arrive on Xbox, but the trailer of the game has now been officially published by Xbox, effectively confirming its development for our consoles.

The trailer for the game, while not presenting any gameplay, showed two brothers intent on hiding from a group of figures, among which Zhong Kui himself stood out on the back of a giant tiger. Although the trailer did not reveal much about the game, it was enough to ignite the enthusiasm of the public, thanks to the popularity obtained by the previous title of the studio.

More details came from the game's official website, where the developers explained that the decision to announce the title right now is linked to their "tradition of reporting progress to players every August 20th". However, they made it clear that the project is in an extremely embryonic phase of development, jokingly calling it "little more than an empty folder at this stage".

Given the precondition of the works, no launch window was obviously provided. Game Science themselves admitted that "not even Yocar [il game director] has absolutely any idea" and that "it seems that we haven't even finished the draft yet" of the story and gameplay.

So we just have to wait for further news; In the meantime we leave you to the trailer.
