THQ Nordic today surprisingly announced Darksiders 4, the new episode of the popular action-adventure series that in the past has seen us play as the different Horsemen of the Apocalypse, and which this time could bring with it an interesting novelty.

The short announcement teaser trailer shows all four knights, and this is accompanied by a sibylline phrase that we received with the press release: "And the number of knights will always be four ...". Does this indicate the arrival of a four-player co-op mode? We will have to wait for further details to find out.
