Rebellion has announced that Wicked Isle, the first expansion in the history of the post-apocalyptic survival Atomfall, will arrive on June 3 at a price of 19,99 Euros. This expansion will introduce a new atmospheric location, new characters, fearsome enemies and a host of new content including weapons, skills and items, as well as adding some alternative endings for the main campaign.

The expansion, inspired by the folk horror elements of the game, is set on the island of Midsummer. To reach it, players will have to talk to the boatman who is at the pier of Wyndham Village, who will provide information about the island and the first objective to follow.

Midsummer is located near the Windscale atomic plant and, as a result, infection levels in both people and the environment are higher than on land. Here we will encounter new enemy factions, including pirate bandits and infected druids. We'll also find new weapons, including the devastating Blunderbuss shotgun, a new bow, a saber, daggers, and the Beekeeper's Staff. Finally, we will be able to acquire new skills that will help us in the mission, as well as an enhanced metal detector that will allow us to find even more loot chests.

The tracks that players discover in Wicked Isle will also open up several narrative branches, some of which will create new potential endings for the main story. The expansion is included in the game's Deluxe Edition and Deluxe Upgrade Pack, or can be purchased separately; Game Pass subscribers will benefit from a 10% discount on the purchase.
