Rockstar games has finally surprisingly announced the release date of Grand Theft Auto VI, but it is not what everyone imagined, or hoped: the game will no longer arrive at the end of 2025, but has been postponed by about 6 months until May 26, 2026.

While we finally know when the highly anticipated Rockstar title will arrive on our consoles, we will have to wait longer than expected to be able to play it. The Scottish house explains that this postponement is due to the desire to ensure the level of quality that fans expect.

So mark the date on your calendars!
