Wales Interactive Announces Interactive Film Mia and the Dragon Princess

Wales Interactive, the British studio specializing in making adventures with live footage, or even "interactive films", has announced a new production coming at the end of the year: Mia and the Dragon Princess, an adventure based on martial arts in which we will live the story of Mia, an enterprising bartender whose life is thrown into chaos when a mysterious woman shows up at her workplace, fleeing from a group of violent thugs and unable to speak English.

The game will be localized in Italian in the menus and subtitles. Here are the official details and a first set of images, waiting for a first trailer to be released.

Mia dreams of adventure, but the sense of responsibility towards her co-workers - who have become her acquired family - forces her to do a job that bores her and to live a life she does not want. When a mysterious woman (Marshanda) shows up frightened and on the run, Mia's decision to take her under her wing and try to discover her identity leads her down a path of intrigue, mystery, and danger.

When a group of thugs, led by the terrifying Walsh (Paul McGann), shows up at the bar, Mia and her colleagues are taken hostage along with a group of customers. When Mia's boss, Matthew (Brian McCardie), is wounded, the stakes rise and the fight becomes real when Mia and the group end up fleeing and fighting for their lives.

The viewer's choices will guide Mia through the adventure and determine her destiny and that of the entire group. Over the course of the game, your interactions may increase your knowledge about the identity of the mysterious woman, but the way Mia behaves with the rest of the group will also have an impact, so every choice must be carefully evaluated.
