Microsoft reminds us that from today the highly anticipated Italy & Malta update is available in Microsoft Flight Simulator, which refines our peninsula and its islands by adding new hand-created details, updated aerial and satellite images, more accurate mountain range altitudes and so on.

The update provides for the improvement of 20 cities including Rome, Naples, Venice and Milan with the addition of the most famous monuments and locations and new airports recreated in detail. These are all the additions inserted:

• Four hand-recreated aeoports (in addition to those already present):
  • Palermo (LICJ)
  • Sondrio (LILO) - Italy
  • Marina di Campo (LIRJ) on the Island of Elba
  • Bolanzo (LIPB)
• Improved details at 100 other airports
• 94 points of interest in Italy
• 11 points of interest in Malta
• 3 Travel
• 3 Discovery Flights
• 2 new landing challenges

There is no better opportunity to get back to the cloche of our aircraft than to fly over our beautiful cities and coasts!
