Remedy Entertainment has announced the return to the saga that made the studio famous: Max Payne. This is not a new episode of the series, but a complete remake of the first two games, developed exclusively for next-generation consoles and PC using the internal Northlight engine.

The project is carried out in collaboration with Rockstar Games, owners of the rights of the franchise, and for now there is no other news. We imagine that the two games will be combined into a single title in which gameplay and mechanics will be completely revised while maintaining the historical elements such as Bullet Time, but to be sure we will have to wait for more details to be released about it.
