Square Enix has revealed a new title for lovers of tactical RPGs with isometric visuals: The DioField Chronicle is coming later this year and will immerse us in a world that combines fantasy, medieval and modern elements, all accompanied by a soundtrack created by the same composers of Game of Thrones.

The game tells us about the kingdom of Alletain, who has lived in peace on DioField Island for 200 years to suddenly find himself catapulted into an era of uncertainty due to war powers and modern magic. The kingdom of Alletain has ample reserves of jade, much coveted as a basic ingredient in magic, but this attracts the attention of the Empire and the Alliance. Players will control a band of elite mercenaries known as "Blue Fox", destined to change the fate of the kingdom.
