Microsoft has released today for users who have subscribed their consoles to the Xbox Preview program a new update that anticipates some interesting news of the November update. The first is one of the most requested by fans: the arrival of the 4K Dashboard, which sees the Xbox Series X interface rendered at full resolution instead of the previous 1080p, ensuring greater clarity and definition of all the elements on the screen.

Two further innovations are related to the audio sector: here comes the setting for the automatic deactivation of external audio (TV or hi-fi systems connected) when we use headphones,and a practical test screen has also been introduced that verifies all the audio capabilities (codecs, channels, etc.) both of the TV and of the headphones connected to the console.
