Recently Paramount Pictures postponed the release of the highly anticipated Top Gun: Maverick from the autumn period to the weekend of May 27, to match the American Memorial Day. Microsoft and Asobo have now announced that this decision will also impact the already announced Top Gun DLC planned for Microsoft Flight Simulator.

The DLC was in fact supposed to arrive in the fall, at the release of the film in theaters, so now the scviluppatori have explained that, to keep the contemporaneity with the release of the film, the DLC will also be postponed accordingly.

We will therefore have to wait until May to be able to imagine ourselves in the shoes of the legendary Pete "Maverick" Mitchell!
