During a today's update on the state of development of Halo Infinite, 343 Industries revealed that, to focus on the maximum refinement and quality of the game's Campaign, the team decided to postpone until after the launch the cooperative component of the Campaign itself and the Forge, the popular editor that allows us to create maps and game modes in Halo.

However, we will not have to wait long for these features: Joseph Staten of 343 explained that the team aims to release the co-op during Season 2 of the game, which should arrive between February and March 2022, while the Forge will arrive during Season 3, three months later.

The news is certainly disappointing for fans who were waiting to play the title in the company or for those who wanted to create their own maps or try those of the community: the hope is that this will serve to bring to our consoles in November a really quality single player experience, and then move on to the other modes a little at a time later.
