During the X019 last November, Microsoft and Square Enix announced that Xbox players would finally be able to recover past episodes of the Kingdom Hearts series thanks to the arrival of HD remaster editions of these titles and their spin-offs, but no date had been revealed. Today we discover thanks to the Games Store that at least Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue is coming in two weeks, on February 17th.

Microsoft has in fact just added the game page on the Store,where it is not yet pre-orderable but we can see the date of February 17 in addition to the size, almost 30 GB,and the information that the title will turn in 4K on Xbox One X.

And if this collection arrives in two weeks, it's very likely that Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 plus 2.5 Remix will also arrive on the same date, since it wouldn't make sense to release HD 2.8 first, being this a sequel to the other and a kind of prologue to Kingdom Hearts III.
