Many now expect the announcement of a new Batman,developed by WB Games Montreal and apparently linked to the Court of owls saga of the Dark Knight's continuity; Based on some information received from the Geeks WorldWide site however we learn now that the new title may not be a sequel to the Arkham series,but a real reboot.

The site explains that, according to its sources, Warner will take advantage of the game to make a "reset" of the narrative universe created by Rocksteady to create a new DC video game universe more cohesive and in which many other heroes can also find space. GWW confirms, however, that the story will be based on the Owls Courtplot, that the entire "Batfamily" (Batman, Robin and others) will be playable and that, for the first time in the franchise, the cooperative will be introduced.

According to the site's sources, the new game will arrive towards the end of the year and will be followed, a few months later, by a new Rocksteady title set in the DC Universe. It also seems to be in development, but not at Rocksteady, also a title dedicated to Superman.

If all this is true we will know relatively soon, as Warner is expected to announce the project in the coming months. Stay tuned!
