During The recent PAX East, Remedy Entertainment revealed that the adventure of Control will not end with the release of the game scheduled for August 27 but continue in the months to follow. The Communications Director of the Finnish Firm Thomas Puha has in fact explained that two large expansionsare envisaged, but will be interspersed with a series of free content.

The first of these expansions is planned in the winter period, then in December or at the beginning of 2020, while the other will arrive several months later, presumably around Summer 2020.

Puha also explained that even if the team has a rough idea on what to put into these expansions, for now they have not yet started working on it because everyone is focused on finishing and completing the game in view for the end of August launch; Expansions will therefore not subtract content from the "full game" but their processing will start only once it has reached the players.
