Bandai Namco today announced the development by Double Fine Productions, the Studio Of Tim Schafer responsible for titles Such As psychonauts, Brutal Legend and The Cave, by RAD, a 3d action game from the structure Roguelike set in a post-apocalypticworld, in which "mankind has had to face the apocalypse, not one but twice."

RAD is expected to arrive this summer and will see us dress up as a boy who will have to venture Into The Fallow, a wasteland devastated and constantly mutated, full of unknown creatures and abominable. Here the protagonist will have to find the solution to heal the world and transform a devastated and arid scenario into a new and lush source of life. But the future of mankind will also have a great personal price to pay, because the more the protagonist will go into unknown territories, the more it will be exposed to dangerous toxins that will give him new and strange mutations, not always advantageous.

The fate of the world depends on the player, a trustworthy mace and any other ability will get as the surrounding world will change its body... Writhing and changing it into something less human, but much more powerful.
