Rumor: BioWare Austin is working on a new Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic

How many of you have loved the legendary RPG BioWare's Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic was released on Xbox and PC in 2003 and from which the Canadian study was then the saga of Mass Effect ? If you remember with pleasure you'll be pleased to learn that the studio BioWare Austin might be working on a new episode-a reboot, apparently-the historical RPG.

This will at least hear the reporter Liam Robertson, better known by the nickname of Unseen64 , who in a recent podcast claimed to have received the information that the Texan-already responsible for The Old Republic -MMOG is at work on a new episode of Star Wars RPG but will get rid of the entire previous history because it linked to the old canon of Star Wars now disavowed by Disney by creating a new narrative background for stories set in the old Republic. For this reason, the new game can be considered a sort of reboot for the series.

Robertson says that he does not know when is the release of the game, but that is now in development for " some time ". That will be announced during the event, EA games in June, or maybe in a few days during the upcoming Star Wars Celebration ? Stay tuned to find out!
