DOOM: Bethesda tells us about the way of war and forms mode Hack

Bethesda has released today new details on the new DOOM , particularly because of the war mode , which is nothing more than the classic "King of the Hill" DOOM style, revisited and disposable consumable items hack modules available as you progress in the game. Happy reading!

DOOM – modules hacks and way of war

As the exciting single player campaign, multiplayer DOOM is a continuous succession of shootings. Players do not have the time to stop and catch my breath, hiding or lurk around corners: multiplayer is pure chaos. Developed in conjunction with Certain Affinity, the multiplayer has already been tested during the Quakecon and a series of Alpha limited. Only recently, though, we could put a hand to a mode just unveiled: way of war. This is the classic "King of the Hill" revisited in DOOM style, except that the point of capture moves in a circular motion on the map following a predetermined path. At the same time, a demonic Rune can turn the tide of the match moves along the same path, but in the opposite direction. Players can run towards the strengthening and transforming into a demon-killing Marine, thronging around the point of capture to defend or steal, or wander around the map to hunt down enemies. All this makes it way of war modes dynamic and bustling as the single campaign, for endless fun.

In the last session we presented also the forms hack, disposable consumable items that you can get as you progress in the game. The more you play, the more you get hack modules (but not linked to microtransactions). Our favorite among those that were unveiled is Timer, useful for seeing the regeneration timer power-ups. "Knowing that a piece of armour will be on the map between 10 seconds, we have plenty of time to organize ourselves to get it just show up," says Stratton. The other modules hack include Punishment (view location and health of last enemy that killed us), Scout (at our return, reveals all enemies for a few seconds), vital signs (show enemy energy bars) and lust for power (report all powerups nearby). All of these modules are active, but that hack timer stops in case of death: so we can use the time left in the form, or choose another before heading back (without losing the time remaining in the previous module).

Stratton sees more than an analogy between modules hacks and "sixth sense" that only the best athletes seem to develop. "Hack modules increase the level of awareness of what is happening around us and, when used at its best, make us more effective," says Stratton. "Good players they see these things almost instinctively. However, the hack does not affect the balancing game reinforcing weapons or stuff like that. "

We remind you that DOOM will be released next May 13 on Xbox One .
