Xbox One updates are released as rolling update , users receive them in a staggered and progressive to not fill the server bandwidth. This means that some users have received immediately, while others are still waiting. If you're tired of waiting, however, there is a manual system which provides for download on PC installation file and update the console via USB stick.

The process is very simple: just follow the instructions in this page from the "Step 2: on your computer". If you had already done the previous updates, the download file is marked as "OSUDT2", otherwise you will have to locate it depending on the version of your operating system. Once you have downloaded the file just unzip it, put it on a memory stick formatted in NTFS and then connect the stick to the console by following all the steps to get the upgrade. You just follow the instructions and you shouldn't have any problems.
