Activision has announced that the development time of Call of Duty will go from the previous two to three years: this will enable dedicated teams to create better, more titles and finished with the highest technical and innovation than gameplay. The series will keep an annual output rate and that is why we introduced a third team that will join the already present Infinity Ward and Treyarch: Sledgehammer Games.

It will be made in the CoD Sledgehammer what will come at the end of this year: this will be the first title in the series that will enjoy threeyear development-the first rumor on a CoD of Sledgehammer back in 2011-and we are very curious to see how the new team will contribute to the famous series.
