Halo 4: incoming a update to rebalance the arms

343 Industries has announced in the last Halo Bulletin that will be soon released an update of Halo 4 balancing act better weapons in the game. Developers have not yet a definite idea about how to change the characteristics of various weapons and have said they will make different tests through successive iterations until satisfied with the results, however, have wanted to share some of the reasoning behind the rebalancing.

Developers explain that the DMR rifle is considered to be sovrapotenziato compared to other weapons, but having become one of the preferred weapons by players do not want to change the characteristics to depower him, because this would be an unpopular decision among fans: the idea is to enhance slightly the other weapons so they are at the level of the DMR.

Some of the ideas are the ones to bring the kill time , i.e. the time needed for a weapon to kill an enemy in full health, four Battle Rifle shots instead of the current five, but at the same time decreasing the rate of fire. Another possibility is to increase the range of the Light Rifle to align it with that of the DMR and cause the rifle can kill with seven rounds instead of the current eight. The Assault Rifle the Suppressor and the Storm Rifle could also receive a reduction in the target area to increase its accuracy, while the in-vehicle weapons like machine guns of the Warthog and the Mantis might be improved.
