La settimana scorsa vi abbiamo informato dei nuovi contenuti di Tiger Woods PGA Tour 07 rivelatisi non essere altro che dei "cheat a pagamento", ma sembra che quello non fosse un episodio isolato. Sempre Electronic Arts ci mostra un esempio di uso "creativo" del Marketplace rilasciando i nuovi contenuti di Il Padrino.

Analizzando la lunga lista di contenuti rilasciati per il gioco, notiamo che alcuni di questi servono per acquistare denaro da usare nel gioco per comprare armi ed abbigliamento, mentre altri danno il diritto ad acquistare determinate armi nel gioco (che dovranno comunque poi essere pagate ai negozianti virtuali del titolo), altrimenti non ottenibili in altro modo.

Insomma, ancora una volta EA sceglie una comoda scorciatoia per guadagnare dal Marketplace: invece di creare nuovi contenuti a pagamento che magari prolunghino l'esperienza di gioco, ci fa pagare per ottenere o sbloccare cose già presenti all'interno. Speriamo che la cosa non sia di esempio per altri sviluppatori.
