L'organizzazione non-profit Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences ha annunciato l'esito degli AIAS Awards 2011, gli "oscar dei videogiochi" che ogni anno premiano i titoli più meritevoli dell'anno precedente. Questa edizione ha visto trionfare Mass Effect 2 con l'ambito premio Game of the Year oltre ai premi per migliore RPG e miglior storia.
