Microsoft has announced a radical permanent price drop in the US for Seagate expansion cards for Xbox Series X|S, which allow us to get more internal storage while retaining all the advantages of SSD memory and the Velocity Architecture of the console.

The new cards now cost $ 89 for the 512GB card (previously $139), $ 149 for 1TB (formerly $219 ), and $ 279 for 2TB (formerly $399 ). It is therefore a cut ranging from 50 dollars for the smallest cut memory up to 120 dollars for the 2 TB one. Great news for those who were thinking of taking them!

The price drop was probably made in view of the arrival on the market of expansion cards of other brands, which we imagine will offer similar prices.

For now the cut is active only in the USA, so if you go to the Italian Store you will still find the old prices. But we expect prices to be adjusted in Europe very soon: we'll let you know when it happens!
