Rumor: Ubisoft+ arrives on Xbox next week

It's now been a year since Ubisoft announced its intention to bring the Ubisoft+ subscription service to Xbox, and since then nothing has been heard of it even if in the meantime the publisher French has brought many of its titles to Game Pass. Today, however, comes a clue that suggests that the arrival of the service could be imminent.

As indicated by the Twitter user MauroNL, on the backend of the Xbox Store for numerous Ubisoft titles appeared the tag, so far unpublished "FREE" (free), and the same titles are currently on sale until 16-17 January. Since this tag has currently only appeared on Ubisoft games, this could be a prelude to the arrival of the Ubisoft+ service, in which the download of the games will actually be free after paying the subscription, and the expiration of the discounts could indicate that the service will be activated next week.

Will this really be the case? All that remains is to wait for official announcements, which we will report promptly.
