Koei Tecmo has announced the development for old and new generation consoles of the third-person horror game Project Zero: Maiden of Black Water,remaster of the title released on Wii U in 2014 known in the USA as Fatal Frame. The game will consist of three interconnected stories that will lead the player to discover the horrific truth behind a series of recent tragic deaths that occurred in a cursed forest.

During the story we will take on the role of one of the three people who, through the particular camera, will be able to see ghosts and shadows in the surrounding areas. History will lead us on a scary adventure through the ruins of a creepy inn, a sanctuary filled with life-size dolls, and a lake full of dead priestesses. We will have to shed light on the history of death and darkness on Mount Hikami, while we will have to pay attention to the dangerous water that flows along the mountain.

Unfortunately, the title will not support the Italian language even in the texts, but only English, French, German, Japanese and Chinese.
