The independent studio The Behemoth(Castle Crashers, Battleblock Theater, Pit People)has announced the return of its first Alien Hominidtitle, a hilarious scrolling shooter originally released in 2004 in flash for browsers and then on console; Alien Hominid Invasion is a reimagining of the original title with co-op support, completely revisited gameplay and new mechanics.

No further comment has been announced yet, but the game will be in playable form at PAX East at the end of February, so we should be able to see the first gameplay footage on that occasion. In the meantime, we'll leave you to the ad trailer: have a good viewing!
