There is no doubt that Microsoft was the main protagonist of The Game Awards: the revelation of Xbox Series X,the new Hellblade,the new trailer for Ori and finally this: the first look at the history and gameplay of Gears Tactics,the new strategic set in the world of Gears of War and made by Splash Damage with the collaboration of The Coalition.

The game is coming in late April on PC, but has already been officially confirmed for Xbox One, where it will arrive later. The trailer reveals that the title is set 12 years before the first Gears of War, when Sera begins to fall under the Locust invasion: in this scenario we will have to form a COG team to deal with the threat, with turn-based combat in very different scenarios.
