Independent study Auroch Digital today released a recording in the same demonstration of Achtung! Cthulhu Tactics , that there had been done at Gamescom, so now in addition to reading our impressions you can personally assess the mechanics of the title.

Please note that Achtung! Cthulhu Tactics is a turn-based strategy set during World War II, when German forces cornered now decide to resort to obscure rites to awaken dormant for thousands of years, ancient beings and use them to your advantage. The title will be heavily story driven, so unlike XCOM and similar games, where the quests "emerge" over time, here we will follow a story that will guide us missions.
