Today Rare has released the new update of Sea of Thieves which introduced several new features , but soon after release they realized that some features were creating problems at the server level: above all the exchange of resources among players, if done in water, led to the crash of the server.

This caused a prolonged period of server maintenance, followed by decision announced this morning to remove all changes introduced yesterday pending a fix for problems that will happen as soon as possible. We will update so soon will be notified of the reactivation of the features of the patch.
