Rumor: Microsoft evaluates the acquisition by EA, Valve and PUBG Corporation

For the series "the craziest rumor of the world", here is now one of the craziest rumours, and probably unlikely, that have been circulating around Xbox lately. The American site Polygon has published an article on the State of the exclusive Xbox One in which, in addition to a range of information already known, shows a rumor rather astounding.

Polygon says that he learned from a reliable source within Microsoft that the House of Redmond is interested in acquiring no less than Electronic Arts , the video game giant that dominates every year Christmas sales of old and new continent with its FIFA and Madden, producer of many other successful franchise.

But that's not all, because the site States that he heard similar rumors about Valve , Steam's mother as well as several video games now to worship, and PUBG Corporation , the authors of PlayerUnknown's Battleground.

Polygon argues that such moves would aim to flesh out the securities portfolio of the company, while in the case of Valve, probably what would affect more than Microsoft would have control of Steam, the digital store that dominates the world of gaming on the PC.

As we advance in early news, it's crazy how much unlikely rumor, and we believe that hardly will be borne out in reality. The end times have seen though equally unpredictable scenarios come true, as the acquisition of FOX by Disney, and Microsoft would surely have cash (130 billion dollars) to carry out such acquisitions if he wanted to: just think that EA is estimated to be worth 35 billion, then almost a quarter of the liquidity of the House of Redmond.

We just have to wait to see if similar scenarios come true really ... but don't hold your breath!
