The indie publisher SOEDESCO announced that the Californian study Petroglyph is at work on a console version of real time strategy game 8-Bit Armies , featuring a colorful 3D graphics made of units and locations in " voxel art " as if 8-bit game had come to life in 3D world.

The game allows us to create frenetic battles between armies, with immediate and accessible gameplay at all though no fans of the genre. The game will allow us to take part both in local matches in singles, which in two-player online multiplayer battles (on dedicated servers) and local levels.
