Ubisoft and Carbon Games announced today that the July 23 will start closed Beta of real-time strategy title AirMech Arena on Xbox 360. This beta will allow gamers to try out all the features that will be present in the final game, including Single Player, co-op and competitive multiplayer modes 2 vs 2 or 3 vs 3.

In AirMech Arena players will step into the shoes of transformable robot pilots, with the objective of destroying enemy strongholds and defend their by robot opponents. In doing so, you will earn points that will unlock new items, drivers and much more.

All users who will have the pleasure to try the Beta of AirMech Arena will have a chance to try the Single Player mode; in order to take advantage of all the online features you must have an Xbox Live Gold subscription.
