343 gives us a first look at Halo 5 ambiance: Guardians

After the announcement this morning on Halo 5: Guardians , 343 Industries has published a post on its official blog commenting on news and releasing a first artwork that shows one of the game's environments: as you can see from the picture at the bottom seems to be news, an alien planet and rocky desert looking, in which there are settlements Middle Eastern-inspired architecture. It is probably the same area that is the background to the cover of the game.

Note also the large statue on the right side of the image, which seems to portray a Covenant Elite with a Energy Sword. Might even be Sanghelios, the homeworld of the Sangheili, racial Covenant to which in fact belong the Elite. We know that the planet has two moons, and could be just the two huge orange Globes that are seen in the background. The game we see going to the heart of the enemy for some kind of mission?

In addition to this, the developers have confirmed what was already announced last E3 that the game will go to 60 fps and will enjoy dedicated servers for multiplayer-a feature now granted at least for all first-party games, thanks to the Xbox. We leave you to the image.
