Revealed the multiplayer and the combat system of Ryse: Son of Rome

During the Gamescom, Microsoft and Crytek have brought Gladiator mode, and multiplayer Ryse: Son of Rome. How is cooperative-type and allows to study the combat mode.

The Coliseum was the heart and soul of Rome, Ryse: Son of Rome becomes the space where Chase glory and forge your own Gladiator in an endless hordes against rivals.

The title allows you to customize your fighter as we like, with cosmetic changes such as weapons and armor, both with ruolistiche improvements relating to agility, health and so on.

Ryse: Son of Rome will offer some variety in the fighting, inspired to the real carnage that took place at the time: the soil will change and will be available in both clashes on the sand, and naval battles. You can also create custom challenges to share then.

The title will initially 11 multiplayer arenas, including 2 already shown: Courtyard (Colosseum) and Stronghold (landa).

With regard to the combat system Crytek tells us that at the heart of mechanics to emerge victorious for proper coordination between the timing of attack and block, exactly as in single player.

You can also use of the perks that reward the player who performs certain actions to increments, bonuses, increased life experience or Focus (a bar that fills up with combo without getting hit, and once full enables a sort of slow motion). Some perks will be awarded on the basis of the divinity chosen by the player at the beginning of her career.

Finally, when an enemy is defeated, you can rage on her body helpless with a performance that refers to how but not for brutality, the Mortal Kombat Fatality.

Besides the classic sidearms were already confirmed at least 2 long-range weapons: pilum (spear) and but scorpios (crossbow).
