According to the Japanese website for Castlevania: Harmony of Despair, Konami is working on a new expansion that will add eight new game based on the area groundwater levels seen in Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, culminating in a final stage with a spherical and slimy monster named Legion. Then there should be a new expansion, titled "Lord of the Flies", which seems to have the presence of Beelzebub.

The release is expected in Japan in January 2011 at a cost of 320 Microsoft Points, and how often it happens is likely to occur simultaneously with the western market.
