After a delay of NBA Elite 11, where there should have a code to download NBA Jam, Electronic Arts had announced that the game port of the title for the Nintendo Wii would be distributed as a Live Arcade on Xbox Live on October 8. Several days have passed from the date of issue but EA has announced a new release date, and as reported by the distributor GameFly, the title will be distributed on optical media in the U.S. on 18 November.

When asked by colleagues from Kotaku, a member of the development team at EA Sports Vancouver, did not comment on rumor and said that developers are working hard on NBA Jam, and that his release date should fall during the Christmas period, but soon will be given some exciting news.
