Through contacts in the distribution channel, the French site Jeuxvideo came to know that Ubisoft would want to develop a new soccer game, which should be released later this year and which will as a direct competitor to FIFA and PES. According still the same source, Ubisoft will work closely with several English clubs including Liverpool and in particular with Steven Gerrard.
