The new update of the Xbox One is now available to all

Please note that Microsoft has released this afternoon the new update Xbox One audience, named 1802 (which stands for February 2018), containing the features tested so far by members of the program Preview. These include the new do not disturb option, lighter/darker themes and planning improvements to the Panel. Ve listed below.

  • Scheduled Topics -console customization options you can now, in addition to deciding whether to use light or dark interface theme, also choose the time of day at which the console must pass from one to the other and vice versa. You can decide to have the dark theme at night while the light, brighter, you could use it during the day.
  • Do not disturb State -watching Netflix or doing a play session with a relaxing adventure single player and don't want to be disturbed by the messages of your friends or from notifications of the community? Now you can set the status do not disturb which will block this type of notifications until you remove it, while your friends will see you online but as busy.
  • Next targets -Targets tab of the Panel are now a practical section that lets you see what objectives you will unlock in no time for games in your possession, allowing you to sort them according to various criteria. If you want to spend an evening of achievement hunting , this will be an indispensable tool!
  • Mini Game Hubs -from the Panel you can now access the mini Game Hubs that, without having to return to the dashboard, allowing you to see all the news about your latest games.
  • Download on the Panel -you are playing and you want to check how your downloads? No need to leave the game to go to the "my games and apps": you can just open the Panel to view the current download progress and, by clicking it, you also get the full download queue with the ability to start or pause the various elements.
  • Game Pass Card -Game Pass games now are no longer displayed in a separate page Subscriptions tab in the "my games and apps", but have their own tab where you can see them listed, filtering and sorting them, just like the games installed or those ready for installation.
  • Idle shutdown -you can now choose to have automatically shut down the console for inactivity not only after an hour but even after two, three, four or five hours of inactivity.

The update will drain as always automatically if you have the console in immediate start, or you can force the installation from the system settings of your console.
