The development team Russian Ice-Pick Lodge has released a trailer for Pathologic: The Marble Nest survival horror remake of Pathologic for PC, released in 2005 in Russia and arrived in Europe in 2006, but it had some serious issues of translation and some bugs. Ice-Pick Lodge tries again bringing this interesting retelling of the old title also on consoles, and promising improvements in the translation and fix bug that affected the original title.

The predominant setting of Pathologic: The Marble Nest is a steppe and the protagonist is struggling with a mysterious illness: must try by all means to survive and investigate to find a cure to eradicate the source of the infection. The game features an open world structure and presents clear tints of the mechanical horror survival game.
