To do this you just go to the web page of the Store Japanese dedicated to beta and click on the blue button next to the cover: this will open a confirmation dialog box, click once on the blue button and you're done! 18 GB download should start automatically on your Xbox Home or, if this is not done, you will find it in the "ready to install" with the name of "Beta of Call of Duty: Endless Warfare."
