Red Dead Redemption improves framerate and eliminates the screen tearing on Xbox One

The guys at Digital Foundry have released a new video, which you can see at the bottom of the news, where we can notice that the version is backward compatible for Xbox One of the famous title western Red Dead Redemption is, technically speaking, better than the Xbox 360.

More specifically, the Xbox version is characterized by an improved frame rate , especially during the animated scenes. If before the Xbox 360 had showy cali even 20 fps frame touching, now version for the current home console Microsoft remains firmly anchored to 30 frames per second and during the game sections take place in populated areas has reduced frame much smaller than the original version.

A second improvement concerns the Elimination of the annoying flaw graph known as " screen tearing " ("screen tearing"), meaning " a video fault that occurs when viewing moving images such that the screen is divided into 2 or more parts if you run two or more frames in one ' refresh rate ' (the refresh rate of your image). "

Please note that the version is backward compatible to Red Dead Redemption it weighs around 7GB and is playable in both physical and digital release on Xbox One in all versions so far available (Red Dead Redemption, Undead Nightmare or Game of the Year Edition) and that if you don't have it yet, you can always take advantage of the promotion Ultimate Game Rooms to retrieve it at an affordable price!
