The publisher announced that Chucklefish will take care of porting to Xbox One to Stardew Valley, smash hit out already on your PC. Eric Baron, developer of the game, also spoke of developing a co-op mode and the introduction of a new farm, new buildings, new crops, new goods that can be produced and new gameplay mechanics.
