Microsoft informs us that is now available to all a new update for the Xbox One. Upgrade, already tested by members of the preview program, does not introduce any new features immediately apparent but prepares the console for the arrival of 10 Windows on PCs later this month, enabling the ability to play from a PC connected to a network, and for backwards compatibility with Xbox 360 games that should be enabled for all starting in October.

For now all developers are focused on achieving the new interface of the console that will come together at the end of the year to upgrade the OS to Windows, so no 10 are planned before then updates that introduce new features of the console.
