Microsoft has formalized the arrival of Casey Hudson as a new Member of Microsoft Studios as Creative Director. Hudson, a former Bioware who worked in thick titles like Mass Effect and KOTOR, will hold an important role in the Redmond company, going to work alongside Kudo Tsunoda on development of HoloLens titles but also actively takes care of Xbox projects.

" As a Creative Director at Microsoft, my primary focus will be the development of HoloLens around ," said Hudson. " I'm really drawn to this type of technology, and I believe that Microsoft may seriously bring the future into our stuff. Holograms will have a big impact as regards the approach to daily life. I'm excited, I'm working with an incredible team. "

Regarding his involvement with Xbox, instead, Hudson explained: " I will be working on new, innovative Xbox titles, helping them find success through a clean direction and a creative vision. I will be involved in the creation of a creative focus for the Xbox and Windows gaming titles, and I couldn't be more excited. Development projects I've seen are great, and will be a fantastic experience helping these teams to cross the finish line. "
