Geoff Keighley Announces The Game Awards, the new end-of-year show that will replace VGA

The usual appointment with the year-end Video Game Awards (renamed last year in VGX) this year will not take place. But rest assured, we will not without your beloved debates on which is the best vintage videogame game since Geoff Keighley , host of the event history, announced a new independent show that will take place The Game Awards.

The Game Awards will debut live on 5 December at 21 East (US equivalent to 3 o'clock in the morning of 6 December) at the AXIS Theater in Las Vegas. The show is also streamed around the world and will be visible even on Xbox One second mode PS4 yet announced. The ceremony will include musical performances, world premieres, meetings with developers, pro player and online content creators, together of course with the glittering prizes for the best products of the world games of the year.

The jury for The Game Awards will boast inside some of the most important industry figures including Phil Spencer , head of Microsoft's Xbox Division, Yves Guillemot Ubisoft CEO, Peter Moore EA, Shawn Layden for Sony Entertainment America and many others.

The December 6 meeting to know what will be the award-winning titles as best of the year but especially to know all news to be announced at the event!
