Although the Tokyo Game Show ended more than a month, keep coming remnants of information through interviews at the event but only now published on paper magazines. This time it's up to Scalebound , the exclusive Xbox One announced during E3 this year and yet very little is known.

In an interview which took place during the event, Hideki Kamiya of Platinum Games wanted to reveal some further detail, while remaining very cryptic: " Monsters, dragons, great action sequences, this is the main theme of Scalebound " commented, continuing "this huge battle of epic proportions will occur before our eyes. The impact and dynamism that it will add to the experience will be at the heart of the game ".

Talking about the relationship between the player and the Dragons, who will be our allies in battle that ridden to move, Kamiya said "It is through the battles or by adventure, the relationship with your partner will grow along the history ", adding that " the player and his dragon form a team and in that sense they will have some sort of relationship. It is not thought to be a mere tool of battle, nor will simply be your companion pet ".

Stitched mouths about the style of the game, where you only said that the team wants to avoid " the dynamics of typical cleanup of the old school " (like those seen e.g. on Bayonetta or other older Platinum works) and the best stage for the great battles would be a " vast natural environment " without any reference to an eventual open world choice for the title.
