Ubisoft reveals training missions to Shape Up, to stay in shape while having fun

Last E3 Ubisoft announced an exclusive Xbox Kinect and Shape Up , a fitness game that, unlike other titles in the genre, do you take at all seriously proposing of funny challenges out to put in competition with a registered version of ourselves. Now the developer has announced one of the game modes, namely the "training Missions".

For a description of this mode allow the word to Ubisoft itself: " training missions allow you to have fun and stay in shape with a compelling gaming experience. Each four-week program allows you to choose a specific goal, btwn exercises cardio or toning. Through the missions, you can improve your fitness with a series of unique and special exercises. Every week, challenges and exercises have a specific objective, which will serve to prepare the comparison with the sample, where a real final duel, you would put a strain on your skills. Over the weeks, obviously the difficulty will increase and eventually meet the boss in a final challenge to claim the title of champion.

The Mission of invigorating workout, you must defeat El Rayo, the famous Luchador, inspire you beyond any limit, whereas the Mission of cardio workout you will need to make with the BeatMaster. Move and trained at the rate of the sample, to improve your cardio workout and burn calories.

Each training mission lasts four weeks and every week, you will be assigned three training sessions of 15 minutes, followed by a challenge with the sample. Each series of exercises was designed from a fitness expert to ensure the best combination of efficiency and fun. During training, you can register your best performance, in order to monitor your progress from start to finish. Also, you don't need to practice alone, in fact, you can challenge a friend, try to beat your personal best or practice with a coach in the game, which will always encourage you and motivate you.

Shape Up includes a series of fitness methods tested with workouts always rewarding and fun, presented with a unique arcade-style. Each game modes will keep users motivated and always busy with some targeted fitness challenges and really unusual. "
